BURLINGTON, Mass. — Azara Healthcare has appointed Ashley Basile as Chief Strategy Officer and Josh Taylor as Chief Revenue Officer as the healthcare technology company expands its population health and value-based care platform.
The company said the additions are intended to strengthen its strategic direction, accelerate innovation and support growth across providers, health plans and community partners.

“Healthcare organizations are navigating unprecedented change as they work to improve outcomes, lower costs and respond to an increasingly complex value-based care landscape,” said Mary Lantin, President & CEO of Azara Healthcare. “Ashley and Josh bring complementary strengths that will help sharpen our strategic direction, accelerate innovation, and expand Azara’s impact.”
As Chief Strategy Officer, Basile will oversee enterprise strategy, corporate development, market positioning and Azara’s artificial intelligence roadmap. She will also work across product, marketing and commercial teams to shape the company’s long-term strategy.
Basile has more than 15 years of experience in healthcare technology strategy, product development and market growth. Most recently, she served as Chief Product Officer of Clinical Solutions at Availity. She previously held leadership roles at OptumInsight, part of UnitedHealth Group.
Basile holds a Ph.D. in health policy and management from Harvard University, where her research focused on health system quality improvement and care coordination for complex patients.
“Azara has earned a remarkable reputation for helping safety-net organizations improve outcomes for some of the nation’s most vulnerable populations,” Basile said. “I’m excited to build on that foundation by helping shape the next generation of solutions that empower healthcare organizations to turn data into action, succeed in value-based care and deliver better outcomes for the communities they serve.”
As Chief Revenue Officer, Taylor will lead Azara’s commercial organization and growth strategy across providers, health plans and strategic partners. His responsibilities will include sales, partnerships and the company’s broader go-to-market strategy.
Taylor also brings more than 15 years of healthcare technology leadership experience. He most recently served as Chief Growth Officer at symplr, where he oversaw sales, business development, sales operations, enablement and pre-sales functions. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade at Cerner Corporation in client-facing and delivery leadership roles.
“Healthcare organizations are looking for partners who can help them navigate increasing complexity while improving performance,” Taylor said. “Azara has earned tremendous trust in the market and I’m excited to build on that foundation by helping more providers, health plans and community partners realize the full value of our platform and the measurable impact it can deliver.”
