CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced it will present new clinical and real-world data from its transthyretin-mediated amyloidosis and hypertension programs at the European Society of Cardiology Congress 2026, taking place Aug. 28-31 in Munich, Germany.
The presentations will include additional findings on AMVUTTRA (vutrisiran), an RNA interference therapy targeting transthyretin, as well as new data on zilebesiran, Alnylam’s investigational RNAi treatment for hypertension.

Among the presentations will be a late-breaking analysis from the Phase 3 HELIOS-B study evaluating vutrisiran in patients with transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy who were also receiving background stabilizer therapy.
Additional HELIOS-B analyses will examine healthy aging and functional capacity, safety and treatment outcomes by sex.
Alnylam will also present findings from Amylo’ExTTRa, a large real-world analysis using the French National Health Data System to evaluate the broader multisystem burden of transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy beyond its cardiac manifestations.
In hypertension, the company will present a subgroup analysis from the Phase 2 KARDIA-3 study evaluating zilebesiran in combination with a diuretic in patients with uncontrolled hypertension.
Zilebesiran is designed to provide sustained blood pressure control with dosing twice a year. The investigational therapy is also being evaluated in the Phase 3 ZENITH cardiovascular outcomes trial.
