CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — Quantori, a provider of digital transformation and technology services for the life sciences and healthcare industries, has been named a Major Contender in Everest Group’s Pharmaceutical R&D IT Services PEAK Matrix Assessment 2026.

The assessment evaluated 34 global service providers based on their market impact, capabilities and strategic vision in supporting pharmaceutical research and development.

Quantori was recognized for its work in scientific data management, artificial intelligence and digital transformation, including technologies designed to improve drug discovery and pharmaceutical research operations.

“We are pleased to be recognized as a Major Contender in Everest Group’s 2026 Pharmaceutical R&D IT Services PEAK Matrix Assessment,” said Solman Rahman, Executive Vice President of Quantori.

“This recognition underscores our ability to combine our deep scientific expertise with advanced AI and data capabilities. As AI-ready scientific data becomes foundational to R&D, we help clients turn GenAI and agentic AI into critical enablers that provide precise decision-making, better outcomes, and more efficient drug discovery,” Rahman added.

According to Everest Group, pharmaceutical companies face increasing pressure to improve research productivity while addressing challenges involving fragmented scientific data, regulatory validation and oversight requirements.

The report found that these challenges continue to limit the widespread adoption of artificial intelligence, prompting pharmaceutical companies to seek technology providers that combine scientific expertise with advanced data management and AI capabilities.

Quantori provides services in scientific informatics, data engineering, laboratory informatics, cloud computing and high-performance computing. Its teams of scientists and engineers work together to develop technology solutions that apply artificial intelligence and machine learning to complex scientific data.

The company also develops Q-Suite, a collection of AI-enabled tools designed to support scientific data management, drug discovery, computational chemistry and controlled access to generative AI technologies.

“R&D organizations are looking for practical ways to turn advances in AI, data, and digital technologies into meaningful scientific outcomes,” said Chris Waller, Chief Strategist at Quantori. “Our focus is on bridging science and technology to help researchers work more effectively with complex data and accelerate discovery and development.”

Quantori said its approach focuses on helping pharmaceutical companies integrate scientific research with emerging digital technologies to improve efficiency throughout the drug discovery and development process.
