Outcome Capital Names Jaison Ellis Managing Director to Expand Healthcare Advisory Platform

BOSTON, Mass. — Outcome Capital, LLC, a life sciences and healthcare advisory and investment banking firm, announced that Jaison Ellis has joined the company as a managing director, based in Charlotte, N.C., as it continues to expand its sector-focused platform.

The firm said the appointment strengthens its capabilities in mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic advisory services across the healthcare and life sciences industries.

Ellis brings extensive experience in investment banking and capital markets, having originated and executed more than $150 billion in mergers and acquisitions and capital-raising transactions. His work has spanned biopharmaceuticals, pharma services, lab services, and other healthcare subsectors. He has advised management teams, boards, and investors on strategic transactions including sales, divestitures, mergers, acquisitions, and recapitalizations.

Oded Ben-Joseph, managing partner at Outcome Capital, said the hire reflects the firm’s continued focus on building out its strategy-driven platform.

Ellis most recently served as a managing director in the healthcare investment banking group at Wells Fargo, where he worked since 2013. He previously held roles in mergers and acquisitions at BMO Capital Markets and in the alternative investments and financial sponsors groups at Credit Suisse in New York.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in business administration with a concentration in finance from Morehouse College, graduating summa cum laude.
