RICHMOND, Va. — Constellation Kidney Group has launched a new analytics capability, RCM Intelligence, expanding its KidneyOne platform for dialysis providers with enhanced financial and operational insights.
The new tool is designed to strengthen the company’s data and artificial intelligence layer, enabling providers to better manage revenue cycle performance by turning billing data into actionable insights.
RCM Intelligence is built on data from the company’s FOCUS dialysis billing system and provides real-time visibility into key financial metrics, including accounts receivable performance, denial trends, payment efficiency, and adjustment patterns. Company officials said the platform allows dialysis organizations to identify revenue risks, inefficiencies, and payer-related issues more quickly.
“Dialysis organizations operate in one of the most complex reimbursement environments in U.S. healthcare,” said Chris Lutz, senior vice president of global revenue at Constellation Kidney Group. “RCM Intelligence turns billing data into operational insights and allows leadership teams to understand how their revenue cycle is performing and where attention is needed.”
The new capability is part of the broader CKG Intelligence platform, which aggregates clinical, operational, and financial data across the company’s software ecosystem. That platform also supports Renal AI, a predictive analytics tool developed with Delorean AI to help identify patients at higher risk of hospitalization and other complications.
Together, these tools are integrated within KidneyOne, which combines clinical systems, billing operations, analytics, and AI-driven insights into a single platform for kidney care providers.
Company officials said that as more organizations adopt the platform, the growing dataset will provide deeper insights into operational trends, payer behavior, and financial performance across the dialysis sector.
“Our vision is to create a unified intelligence layer for kidney care,” said David Abbott, general manager and managing director at Constellation Kidney Group. “Over time, as more organizations contribute data through the platform, CKG Intelligence will enable dialysis providers with increasingly powerful benchmarking and performance insights across the kidney care ecosystem, supporting data-driven decisions and ultimately better patient and financial outcomes.”
RCM Intelligence is now available to organizations using the FOCUS billing platform, with additional analytics features expected as the company continues to expand the KidneyOne ecosystem.
