WALTHAM, Mass. — Revvity Inc. has released its 2026 Impact Report, detailing the company’s sustainability, social and governance strategy, initiatives and performance.
The report outlines how Revvity is incorporating responsible and sustainable practices across its operations while applying scientific innovation to healthcare, research and other areas of its business.

Among the report’s key developments is Revvity’s first disclosure of material Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions, expanding the company’s sustainability reporting to include emissions generated across its broader value chain.
Revvity also reported a 1.3% reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions in 2025. The decrease brought the company’s total reduction in direct and purchased-energy emissions to 16% compared with its 2022 baseline.
The company achieved a 49% diversion rate for nonhazardous waste, exceeding its annual goal of 40%.
The report also highlights Revvity’s employee retention and workforce development efforts. Voluntary turnover declined to 7% from 9%, while internal promotions and transfers accounted for 24% of the open positions filled by the company.
Revvity also launched the Revvity Supports Research initiative, which provides general research grants to academic institutions conducting work aligned with the scientific fields supported by the company.
Through the initiative, Revvity awarded a combined $180,000 to 12 academic institutions.
