NORWOOD, Mass. — Corbus Pharmaceuticals Holdings Inc. will continue operating from 500 River Ridge Drive in Norwood after renewing its 36,471-square-foot lease at the Class A office property within River Ridge Office Park.
The lease renewal keeps the clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company in one of Greater Boston’s established suburban life sciences corridors as it advances its pipeline of potential treatments for cancer and obesity.
Corbus Pharmaceuticals said the decision reflects the company’s continued commitment to the region, where access to scientific talent, research infrastructure and the broader life sciences ecosystem remain key advantages.
“Greater Boston’s life sciences ecosystem, combined with our established presence here, positions us well as we move forward with our pipeline and business objectives,” said Sean Moran, chief financial officer of Corbus Pharmaceuticals.
The company’s renewal was arranged by Colliers, with Vice Chair Curtis Cole, Vice President Sean Hannigan and Senior Vice President Tim Allen representing Corbus Pharmaceuticals. JLL, led by Nat Kessler, represented the landlord, River Ridge Limited Partnership.
“Representing Corbus Pharmaceuticals in this renewal was about making sure the terms and the location worked for their business, today and into the future,” said Hannigan.
The property is located along Route 1, with access to Route 128 and Interstate 95, giving Corbus proximity to Greater Boston’s business and life sciences hubs while maintaining a suburban office and research footprint.
Colliers said Greater Boston has seen a 20% increase in research-focused life sciences space over the past five years, supported by a strong workforce and more than $8 billion in venture capital investment.
For Corbus, the renewal provides stability as the company continues its development work in cancer and obesity, while reinforcing Greater Boston’s role as a major center for biopharmaceutical research.
