IRVINE, Calif. — Precision Digital Health has appointed Connie Pearcy as chief executive officer as the company looks to scale its wearable data platform for cardiometabolic clinical trials.

Pearcy most recently served as chief operating officer at CREO, a life sciences management consulting firm, where she oversaw service delivery, profit-and-loss performance and companywide strategic initiatives. During her 10 years at CREO, she helped scale the firm’s Technology Services division into its largest revenue driver, with average year-over-year revenue growth of about 55% from its founding through the company’s private equity acquisition in 2023.

As CEO, Pearcy will oversee Precision Digital Health’s operations, product development, sales and financial management. The company said her appointment is intended to support its expanding customer base and next phase of growth.

Precision Digital Health co-founder Thomas Wells will move into the role of president, chief product and innovation officer. In that role, Wells will lead product strategy and innovation, maintain key client relationships and serve as the primary link between clients and the company’s development, finance and project management teams. He will also continue overseeing regulatory initiatives.

“I am thrilled to join the dedicated team at Precision Digital Health and to partner with Boston Millennia Partners, the Board, Thomas Wells, Jonathan Badgett, and the entire leadership team to deliver innovative solutions for our clients,” said Connie Pearcy. “Precision Digital Health has a proven track record of providing real-time wearable data for cardiometabolic trials. We will build on the company’s unique expertise in CGM / BGM as we rapidly scale to support a growing number of trials with enrolled patients around the world. I’m honored to serve as CEO for this next chapter in the company’s history.”

Precision Digital Health said it has recorded significant revenue growth over the past year and is strengthening its leadership team as it enters a new phase of scale and execution. The company focuses on integrating connected wearable devices into cardiometabolic clinical trials, including real-time data from continuous glucose monitoring and blood glucose monitoring systems.

“Connie Pearcy is exactly the leader Precision Digital Health needs at this pivotal moment,” said Ren Roome, Partner at Boston Millennia Partners and PDH Board Member. “Her track record at CREO — scaling operations and driving digital transformation for the world’s most demanding life sciences organizations — makes her uniquely equipped to accelerate our mission. Precision Digital Health is redefining how connected wearable devices are integrated into cardiometabolic clinical trials, and Connie’s operational rigor and deep healthcare technology expertise will be instrumental in bringing that vision to scale. On behalf of Boston Millennia Partners and the entire board, we couldn’t be more excited to welcome her as CEO.”
